3. Data Processing and LLM Privacy
Validat3 processes your text copy through third-party LLM providers (such as Groq or OpenAI APIs). We do not permit these providers to use your proprietary content or validation inputs to train their baseline models. All communication to third-party endpoints is secured using industry-standard TLS encryption.
4. Regulatory and Compliance Checks Disclaimer
Please note that automated compliance engine evaluations, including citable checks for FDCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Regulation Z, are deterministic pattern-matching tools designed for convenience. These checks do not store your data permanently unless saved to your active workspace projects.
