Validat3 provides user-facing copywriting evaluation tools that integrate deterministic compliance rules (e.g. FDCPA, TCPA, Regulation Z) and LLM-based persona consensus debate simulations. Our checks are automated indicators and do not constitute formal, licensed legal counsel.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Disclaimer

You retain all ownership rights to the copy or text content you input into the sandbox or active projects. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging conforms to local guidelines and applicable consumer protection statutes. Validat3 does not warrant that its automated engines identify all possible regulatory infringements or conversion issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validat3 and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our simulation engines, including any legal enforcement actions taken against you by regulatory bodies.
